Goshen, New York - A view of the closed Orange County Government Center on Aug. 15, 2012. The building was closed by Orange County Executive Ed Diana after water damage from Tropical Storm Irene. The building was designed in the brutalist style by noted architect and dean of the Yale School of Architecture Paul Rudolph in 1963 and built in 1967. The county must decide whether to repair or replace the structure.
