The Run 4 Downtown road race was held in Middletown, N.Y., on Aug. 18, 2012. The event was presented by Something Sweet Dessert & Café with support from Orange Regional Medical Center and other local businesses. In addition to the four-mile race, Studio Ayo instructors lead a Zumba in the Street workout for more than one hour on North Street. Proceeds from the race support community improvements in Middletown.
