Highland, New York - The USS Slater makes its way north on the Hudson River on June 30, 2014. The Slater served in World War II and is the last destroyer escort vessel afloat in America. The Slater was on the way to Albany, N.Y., to resume its duties as a floating museum. The tugboats Frances, right, and Margot, assisted the Slater.
